I think the difference is that the premiums are a lower resistance, I think it's 2 1/2 and the coolcarts are a higher resistance I'm guessing 3 1/2 . I'm really not sure where to get a lower resistance kr808 cart because it seems like everyone is going to the 510 thread more , you can find those in about any resistance you want. You could get an adapter and check out the 510 cartomizers . Good luck

Actually just found out about the new Genuine Joye cartos for the 510. I might give those a shot until the new CE2 starts shipping

They work good. Picked up 10 from the house of vapor and have been using the same two for a week. Each has been filled at least 10 times. I usually drip but I fill these bad boys for my 40 min drive to and from work. I am also waiting for the CE2.

I'm confused by all the names, cool carts, premiums, turbos, low resistance, high resistance. What's the difference between all of these?

All I want to know is, what produces the best vapor, throat hit and the easiest drag and where do I get them for a low price?

Depends what voltage and device you're using, everybody should rule out the Kanger KR8 cartos they can't even hold a candle to the newer versions, i used to sell the Premiums which we call Ultra's, they are 2.5ohm, but people wanted the resistance higher so they would stay cooler at 5v etc so i ended up with Premium carts with the Coolcarts resistance lol, works best for us.

If you're using a regular e-cig batt then you'll probably not notice much difference between a 2.5 and 3.3 ohm, but if you're using mods like a tonne of people now (i use a GGTS and passthrough @ 5v at home) then there is quite a difference.
