I use Ego batts and early last month I decided to test a handful of recommended cartos and write up my impressions throughout the life of two of each of the choices. (Don’t ask me why – I really don’t know how this project popped into my head. lol) Please keep in mind that these are only my opinions and I’m sure there are many people who will feel differently. If there’s one I didn’t try here and you think I should, please let me know! All that being said, here goes nothing.

Final Thoughts: Because I’ve been using this one for awhile it’s hard to present this in the same way as the ones I’m trying for the first time I’m not as impressed with the amount of juice it holds as I was at first now that I’ve tried others that hold more. I’d prefer warmer vapor and less leaking, but it does the job.

Final Thoughts: Same as the ego HC – I’ve been using this one for months so it’s hard to review in the same way as the others. This one lasts a long time, you can refill it many times before you need to toss. Not that easy to fill as you can’t see how much juice there is. Overall this is a good back up.

Final Thoughts: During the first hour, this one is by far my favorite, but it doesn’t last well at all. The two I’ve tried didn’t even make it to the second fill. Won’t be buying these again.

Final Thoughts: This one would be great if it would last, but unfortunately it does not. Definitely not work the money.

Final Thoughts: It has come as a surprise to me, but this is the little carto that could and is the one I keep coming back to. I really didn’t think this was going to end up being my top choice, but it has. There are others I like better within the first few hours, but ultimately, during a workday, I may start with something else, but I’m always vaping a Boge by the end of the day.

I enjoyed your review, so thanks. What do you think is the reason you like the CE-2 V-4 better than the clearomizer. Are they different inside?? Do they fill the same with a syringe, and do they have the same cap that goes over the cup??

Hi there! I'm a big fan of the boge, too. I'd rather not use something with filler, but they seem to last, so i've been using them for about a year and a half. Am interested in trying some clearomizers and other options, though.

Since you're on the hunt for the perfect carto, i stumbled across these in my travels. They're carto combo pack, with 6 or 7 varieties of cartos in em, 2 of each type. There's a few different packs to choose from all in a snazzy case. I might give one of these a whirl, but seemed like something you might be intrigued by. Plus, this place is cheap! Shipping from China, which sucks, but if you buy a bunch of stuff it works out. Plus, they have the best price on Boge SR or LR cartos i've seen anywhere... $4.50 for a pack of 5, instead of the standard $7.

Filler, schmiller! Those CE2 and clearomizer thingies are a pain in the tuchis (for me) to use. The Boge 2.0 is great ... and IMO the Smok Tech 1.7 ohm Mega Single Coil is even better. [For me at least, the more popular dual coils need VV to perform optimally.]

I too like the Smok Tech 1.7 ohm Mega Single Coil carto's, they have a little more holding area for e-juice and give a good amount of vapor.

Boges will always be the best carto ever made in my eyes . Nothing beats it . The ST EMDCC's come close however the quality control isnt as good . Iv never had a bad boge

My experience exactly. I try out other cartos but always end up with boge 2.0 as the default. I get a week or more out of each one in a 3 flavor rotation. Amazing. And I could go longer than that week if I wanted to without a doubt. They just work well.
