Well damn...

I don't have any more carts yet...

Guess I will just have to suffer...
You could try taking the tank off your battery and blowing into the bottom of the tank (the connector end) in an attempt to remove some excess juice from the air tube. That might be enough to get it going again. Give it a shot.

Then put the tank back on the battery. I would "pre-burn" the carto a couple of seconds before sucking on the drip tip for the first couple of vapes, in an attempt to vaporize some of the excess juice in the carto.

Worth a shot. I will dump the juice in an empty bottle and give it a try. Will come back with my findings.
You may not need to empty the juice. Try the pre-burn technique first. If it doesn't work, then empty the tank's contents back into the juice bottle until you get more cartomizers.

Let me explain "pre-burn". Before sucking on the drip tip, power your battery for 2-3 seconds to try to vaporize the juice, then gently inhale. Do it again, pre-burn 2-3 seconds before sucking on the drip tip. You're trying to vaporize the excess juice in the carto.

See, each time you suck on the drip tip, you are pulling more juice into the cartomizer from the tank. It already is flooded, so you don't want that. Doing a couple of pre-burns, you might vaporize off some of the excess juice in the carto before sucking even more in it. Understand?

It doesn't often work, but it's worth trying to save a carto.
