Carto tanks and flavor changes.

For those that use or have used tank systems. What do you do when you want a change of flavor? Do you change out your carto or just dump a new flavor in your tank? How long would it take for the new flavor to start coming through?
I know it's probably a no-no to do that but I'm not sure if I ever want to commit to a flavor for the life of a whole carto in a tank.

Since the idea of a carto tank is to keep the carto wet it would probably be a very long time to get the taste of the other juice out of the carto. Not a good choice IMHO. Cleaning the tank and replacing the carto will work. Or, if you're handy at all, it's very easy and inexpensive to make as many tanks as you need. As long as the flavors are similar I just dump in the new flavor,It only takes a few hits.
with strong flavors-cinnamon,most real sweet fruit and drink flavors,not so much.I usually keep 2 different tanks going so i can switch up when one gets blah

With my few all day vapes I use a dedicated tank for each flavor until the carto goes south. For in between flavor changes I drip with an atty.

I just make another syringe tank and keep tend to keep the same flavor in the tanks

I just have a tank for every flavor I use! (sorry, not much help, I know)

I vape one flavor- 30mL at a time. Same carto, same tank. If I want a fresh flavor during that week, I have a couple pre-loaded cartos with "yummy" non-all-day flavors. I just throw one on for a couple puffs, then back on the tank goes.

I will say I have about 5 tanks with Smoke tech DC, Boge 2.0 and 3.0 carto's, but I have found that I can really only keep about 2-3 going with my favorite juices at anyone time. If I set up all 5 tanks with juice I am usually wasting carto's. Carto's are usually only good for a week or two, the filling starts to sag and the drag gets very stiff. So all 5 tanks is about 20 mil of juice (around a week of regular vaping) and my favorite tank keeps getting refilled and the others sit longer, thus the wasting of cartos. I use tanks mainly at home, since I like to TV in a dark room, makes dripping a pain. I use a Reo Mini bottom feeder with 1.5 HH 357's at work (I can switch juice and atties quickly), along with a DCA on a Darwin. I drip more at work, as I can see what I am doing. I usually bring 1 or at the most 2 tanks to work to screw on the Darwin. So you don't have to have a ton of tanks, but 2-3 and a good drip rig and you can switch between all your flavors.
