Are your carts flanged or unflanged? I use IBTanked on my Provaris with flanges. The Provari has no airflow through the cap and the flange provides the slight gap needed. If your tank is flush on the top of your mod, you're just pulling too much juice and not enough air. :2c:

    Great point!

Another point not yet brought up is examine your draw technique while vaping.

A long, slow, and gentle draw (4 - 6 seconds long) works best. Imagine sucking on a straw in a thick milkshake. Use your cheek muscles to get a mouthful of vape. Do NOT do a hard lung draw, this will flood the carto.

If all else fails, I recommend starting from scratch after totally cleaning the tanks. Prime your carto using my detailed method described below. Insert the carto half-way into the totally assembled tank (don't fill the tank with the top cap off - this will flood the tank). Fill the tank carefully 80% full (careful to not get more juice into the pre-filled carto), then insert the carto the rest of the way into the tank. It should be good to go at that point. Getting a tank tool makes the whole process much faster and easier.

They're rock solid and give an amazingly consistent, good vape. They travel well, don't leak, can be stored in any position, and are very easy to maintain. I cannot imagine why more people don't use them! I use both flanged and unflanged on a Provari, and while they seem to draw the same, I hate when I forget I'm using an unflanged one and manage to dump the juice when I'm refilling:p

There are many people who have tried rebuildables (like myself) who prefer a great cartotank (like myself). No way cartotanks are obsolete. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. :p

That's exactly how I feel. I've tried rebuildables and it's just too much. Took my kaifun and Semovar out with me the other day and I couldn't stand it. As soon as I got home went back to the ibtanked which now works like a dream
