Can someone please explain the difference between the two to me. Mainly I'm wondering about refilling. I just got refilling my cartos down to a science so I want to know how much more difficult or easy attys are to refill. Thanks.

Atomizers do not carry thier own juice. They do not use batting to hold a certain amount of juice in them. From what I have read most people either drip into them directly from the bottle, or use a device that feeds the juice to them, like a bottom feed device. They also can use Cartidges, but I think those are very short lived, and not many use them anymore.
