I made my purchase at reos mod. got the reo mini 2.1, the rm2, an extra 3ml bottle, and a button cover. then went to my vapor store and got a ohm tester and some 30ga wire. this will be a whole new world for me. thanks for answering all my questions. Im sure i'll have more when I start wrapping coils and stuff.

You might as well take a picture of your new baby mod when you get it and post the pic here. Otherwise, we'll all be asking all kinds of "what does it look like?" questions until you do.

I've been vaping for a little over a year. Got my first LP Reo and LP RM2 a couple weeks ago. I started out wrapping my coils around 1.5ohms. I'm down to 1 ohm and I bored the air hole out with a 1/16 bit. It made a huge difference. When deciding on the size of the hole, go in very small increments. It's easy enough to make the hole bigger. It's much more difficult to make is smaller :p.

When I started dropping my ohms down, I found it a much better vape to use 28 guage kanthal. I get the lower ohms but keep the number of wraps up to get a good surface area to actually vaporize the juice. The more surface area, the more taste.

If you haven't wrapped coils before, its pretty easy. I was doing it on a drill bit. I got one of the Artistic Coil tools (link here) and even my teenage daughter has wrapped a few micro coils for me with consistency. I wrap 1.5mm inside diameter, 8 wraps, 28ga kanthal. It's a wonderful vape. I use cotton as wicking because that is what I've used since I first started using RBAs. And, because one $3 bag is a lifetime supply that I can also bequeath what's remaining to my children. I hear the ceramic wicks are really good but I haven't tried them, yet.

Now that I've vaped with a Reo, I don't think I'll ever be purchasing anything other than Reos. It is far superior to anything I have tried.
