Cartotanks use either pre-punched cartomizers, or you can use un-punched cartomizers if you punch them yourself with a carto punch tool or slot them with a powered Dremel tool. The cartomizers are replaced in the cartotank every 2 - 3 weeks.

You can't replace the atomizer and the filler in the cartomizer. They are not constructed to be rebuildable in that sense. They are considered a one-time use item, and disposable. Cartomizers are relatively inexpensive, generally $2 each for the pre-punched variety when purchased online. They will be more expensive in e-cig B&M stores.

Never ceases to amaze me when somebody says something doesn't exist then shows you a picture of it!
?

To be nitpicky, the Diver and Sophia are not Rebuildable cartomizers, they are RBAs in the size and shape of a carto. So they really are 2 different things in a similar wrapper.

The thing on the bag is the ceramic cup which holds the coil. It's a rebuildable. It is awesome. It tastes better than a disposable cart. It taste better than my drippers too. If you can rebuild coils I would definitely recommend it. I do want a sophia, basically the same idea but better because it has adjustable liquid feed.

ΣΟΦΙΑ repairable atomizer for tank

Can also be used as a dripping atomizer with juice flow control closed and without tank.

The Sophia Rebuildable Atomizer by Leo **Discussion & Tips**

Edit to add: it is 45 mm long, which works well with a 35 mm carto tank, allowing you to push the atomizer base out of the tank, screw it off and work on it, while the tank is still sealed at both ends by the tube. With a 45 mm tank, you'll need a straight drip tip at least 10 mm long to accomplish the same feat.

The base is also sold separately and can be purchased with a 5 mm longer tube that is finished up top as a drip tip. This wouldn't be used with a 45 mm tank.

The short thing on the right would be the atomizer, right?

What carto system has replaceable atomiser and filler?

Those are not the same as the standard Carto with poly filler. Nor is there "filler" at all. It's a coil and wick RBA in a carto size.
