I don't think that one vapor drag equals even one analog drag - I think 18 mg vapor gives you much less nicotine/drag. No one can tell how much you get from one drag - it also depends on your smoking-vaping technic. I was a moderate smoker and became a chain vaper. I smoked my last analog a week ago and since that I only concern about geting enough nicotine because I see some signs of nic deficiency in my body sometimes. Just listen to your body - it'll tell you if you get too much.

It's really impossible to tell exactly how much nic you're taking in... or to equate that to how much you smoked. Nic is absorbed differently vaping then from smoking. Also some of the chemicals in analogs muddy the waters by increasing your bodies cravings for nic. The best advise is to find a nic level that comfortable for you.
