Cartomizer for my eGo-Tank?

Ok, today's my first ever vape......I like it! I got the starter kit that is 3 pieces. Looking at some youvids I see one can use a cartomizer with the 510 batt that comes in the kit, however the mad vapes site I think says it's not recommended. So which is it. I'm asking because it seems to be easier to use and hold more juice. The vids say there is more vap as well, is that true?

I don't see a reason that you couldn't use a cartomizer on an eGo-T. Unless it is a extreme offbrand that someone made.

The ego batteries will allow anything with a 510 connection. The only carto I wouldn't reccommend for an ego is a dual coil carto, and they drain the battery pretty quickly. I use LR 306 atty's (they are a 510 connection) on my ego batts and direct drip. I think it is the factory reccommendation mad vapes has copied and pasted as I think they are required to, but you can use the cartos with no problems. I use these Joye eGo Atomizer Cover - Joye eGo Parts & Accessories to cover my atty and give the ego a completed look.

If you have a 650 mAh or smaller battery, probably not a good idea to use DCT's as Jixchel said. If you have a 1000 mAh and above, the Smoktech Dual Coil Cartomizers (Black) do a pretty good job, I really like their clear DCT (DUal COil Tank) setup as well, holds plenty of liquid and is easy to use, and absolutely never has never leaked with me.

I am using ego-t with LR boge carto with DCT, n this is my best experience in vaping since i start. Dual coil carto makes the vapor somehow hot in my mouth, not sure why..

Thanks for the advice. I know I saw a youtube vid showing the dual coil cartomizer on the eGo-T kit. How can I tell the ma rating for my batt?
