I only use V4L cartomizers, I never had an issue up until now, and I have gone through hundreds of them.

I filled up a fresh one yesterday and it wouldn't screw on. I kept turning and turning, would not tighten. I tried lifting the knob thingy, thinking that was the problem for not attaching, nothing. I just pitched it. Kinda disappointed I had to do that because it was brand new and filled. It would not screw onto any of my pv's.

The next one I put on was so hard to draw from my jaw hurts! I tried loosening it, fidgeting, again no avail so I decided I'll jut pitch this one too and use another new one. As soon as I took it off, a round wire fell off. I put it back on and the draw was easy! So I didn't have to throw that one out.

I'm just wondering what this extra wire was, I've never had an issue like this before, nor have I ever had a problem screwing one on. I suppose 2 out of hundreds are not bad odds for defects. Actually just 1 was defective since the other fixed itself when the wire fell out.

It's really thin and tiny, I hope the picture shows good. I don't use cool carts, this was a light green wow, both the wire and the screw issue.

I've never seen that wire before Ms. Vapi, but wondering if it's not a wire at all, but a metal shaving from when they machined the threads. The other one pretty sure is a machining issue. I take it both cartos are from the same package? Like you, mainly use wow cartos, had a grand total of 2 that had threading issues, both from the same package, just wouldn't screw on.

Yeah, it does look more like a shaving. They may have been from the same box, I usually empty them all out and take them out of the plastic wrap and leave them in one container for ease of use. So not sure if they were from the same package since they are all the same color too.

I don't think it's such a serious issue for me to contact customer service since it only happened 1 time out of all the times I have been using them. But I am glad to know that the screw on issue isn't just me. I was worried it was my pv till I tried it on another one. I will make sure they screw on first before I fill my next cartomizer!

i've never had any that i've had to throw away, but i've had some that just wouldn't screw on properly. When i clean my carts and battery connections i use a battery operated toothbrush (with circular motion) i use it on the cart 1st then on the battery, the try to screw the cart on. i've only had to do this a few times but it does seem to help. It seems like a burr is left behind or a machine issue.

I just got a new mod in today too, it doesn't fit on any of my pv's. It was a wow cart and hopefully I won't have any more issues with this happening. I thought once in 8 months is ok but this is the second time in less than a month!

I am going to keep this one and if anymore do this, I'll send them to V4L and if I have enough to fill a pack maybe they will give me credit or something.

I have 2 packs of Blue colored Cool Carts that are Terrible. Even the first filling with juice makes them so plugged that it is nearly Impossible to draw air through them! I have messed with the adjustments on the post of the Carto until I'm Blue in the Face (no pun intended) with no real results. I think the company that is selling V4L these cartos is cutting corners and screwing V4L!
