Cartomizer Jig for AFS/AVS

It looks like a rough design of the Iperforator I've been asking for.

The Iperforator I'm thinkin of should look like a small pair of pliers, with one extremity that is a tube, inside which the atty goes, and a hole. The other extremity is simply a punch hole. Put the atty in the tube, close the pliers and voila!
