I have the worst handwriting in the world. It's illegible on flat paper, let alone trying to write on the side of the cart when I refill with something other than the original. To make it easier, I made up some labels that fit nearly perfectly. They're about 1/32" too small, and Word won't let me make that minute adjustment, so they'll have to do.

If anyone is interested in making some labels, I've attached the Word Doc that I used to make them.

First, peel off the V4L label (sorry guys).
Cut out the individual label that you need.
Then, attach the new label to the cart by pressing it into the old glue (it's really sticky).
Cover the label with a layer of scotch tape so the ink won't bleed.

Enjoy!

Yeah that glue is very sticky, struggled to get one off the other day to get measurements, 35x35mm or so, searched around for stickers from avery and google but nothing that's exactly 35mm in one direction.

Thanks for the word doc, now all I need to get is paper that isn't so thick otherwise it may be difficult to get the condoms off once on. If anyone knows where to get a pack of printable sticky labels 35mm in one direction in the UK, let us know!

While not a perfect solution, I have taken an exacto knife and using a condom as a guide, cut through and removed only part of the original label. This allows me to place any size avery label that I want on a cart by choosing how much to remove.

So far, I like the "clear" ones with black type type on the silver cart color.

Well That was easy. Thanks for the imageshack tip. Laugh all you want ... I accidentally printed a whole sheet of "Name, Address..." but wanted to see what it looked like before I used another sheet with real carto names...

Glad you like the idea. I read somewhere that putting them in the fridge before removing helps to remove the glue that the original labels are glued on with. Haven't tried this yet. Not that this is a requirement but it would make it a little smoother I think.

Also... Careful with the Razor knife. You have to push with a little force to cut the paper against the metal and it would be easy to slip and injure your cart filling hand...
