I wouldnt even use Dual coils period on a slim ecig, regardless of the resistance.

Resistance wise, slim ecigs should only use standard resistance cartos, about 3.0ohm. Personally I wouldnt use anything lower than 2.5ohm, or you risk ruining the battery. 2.0ohm cartos are considered low resistance and are only for bigger battery PVs

When looking, look for 1.5 dual coils which will end up being 3ohms

Dual coils are a parallel arrangement, so a 1.5 Ohm DC will have two 3 Ohm coils. The battery only cares about the total resistance.

I also think that you should not use the dual coils on a slim battery, I would try to get at least an ego 650mah or perferably 1000mah batterie for that kind of cartimizer. If thats all you have maybe it will hold up for a while untill you can get alittle better battery for it good luck though, we all have to start somewhere and hopefully stay on the right path.... anolog free!!!!!!

Hi,

I received my 510 manual 280mah starter kit. It came with dual coil cartomizers but I can't find the resistance anywhere for these things and I'm on my last one. Can someone recommend the lowest resistance rating I should go on these for dual coil replacement cartomizers?

Thanks for helping the newbie!

Is there anyway you can post a pic of the cartos?
Are they clear or solid color with soft tips? They may not be dual coils.
As several posters have mentioned a 280mah slim battery isn't the greatest for such a cartomizer.
