So far, I'm really liking the dual. I must confess, I've been so "burned" by bad carto's that I started out with my most abundant & least favorite e-juice to see how this one worked. So...I may like it even better when I fill up another one with juice I really like...

Yeah a juice flavor that you like just might help lol

We still haven't tested the exact ml capacity they hold. It's on our to do list but we simply haven't gotten around to it. I will say that I personally get (on a brand new, first fill) between 65-75 drops. I give it that 10 drop span because I ALWAYS over fill mine. I wait until I get a drop coming out of the battery connector end. Blow it out, wipe it off good, and vape. So I do blow a little of that back out but not much. YMMV due to different droppers, etc.

LOL I do the same thing. I figure I waste some juice, but I like to keep it good & saturated! I didn't measure, but based on the level of juice that my bottle went down...it sure looks like a couple ml. That's pretty good!

I think it is about 2.5 ml that they hold. I have not measured but have used 3ml bottles to fill and it took darn near the whole bottle :) I drip drops through top, taryn spin, drop 10 more, let sit about 10-15 minutes and vape :)

This one that I'm vaping now, like I said, is filled with a juice that I used to love, but now don't like much...ya know how that goes...but it is tasting stronger as the day wears on. It's a clove/menthol flavor, and the menthol is really picking up now which is a little better than the stronger clove...
Once I receive a bottle of tobacco menthol that I'm waiting on, I'll fill another one for a real taste test!

Also...I thought this might run down the battery faster, but it has been working all day (Ego-T 1million maH or something grand like that!)

For those of you running E-Powers we ordered some 1300 mAH 14650 UltraFire today locally. Should be here in a few days. I'm using 1050 mAH right now and it last all day BUT I can feel the drop in the last few hours of use so I would like to swap out mid-day hence the purchase of the higher mAH. Plenty of them coming in.

Hey techno, before I forget - keep your duel coil cartos wet (topped off), they'll last even longer if you do.

I'm not trying to sell anything, but Dexter has a good point. Your eGo really isn't a 3.7v vaping device. I think you'd find it meters out to around 3.2v.

If you had a duel coil carto on an E-Power with the 1300 mAH 14650 battery which is going to be closer to a true 3.7v I think you'd like the Duel Coils even more than you do now.

Couple nice things about the E-Power is first, they are very reasonably priced. If your eGo has any problem you have to toss the whole thing. On the E-Power, everything on it can be replaced ultimately saving you a lot of bucks. Personally, I plan on owning one as soon as DeXTeR gets them in. They make good sense.

My T-Rex (like an Ego, only better) is "supposed" to be between 3.3 & 4.2v. It's 1100mAh. And it's pink.
I also have an Ego, Riva & Inferno (all pink). So...if the e-power is available in pink I may try it.
I'd been thinking about a Buzz or some other big mod, but just haven't gotten around to it, since the T-Rex
really is my favorite PV and seems to be working pretty well.
If I can find testing equipment, how do you test the output on these? I'd like to know if I'm getting 4.2v or not...

Prolly all of those volts, a fully charged healthy batt will read anywhere from 3.7-4.2v. Close to discharge maybe lower

Hey all you dual coil fellas...I'm using 3 of them now, and they taste fine, but boy are they leaking! I try really hard not to get any juice down the middle, and I blow them out from the bottom to keep it clear - but 2 of them seem to be losing lots of juice.
So - please tell me if you've done this, and is there something I need to do differently than I do with my regular Boges?

Hey techno, when I fill mine I stick a round toothpick (Texans always have one handy) gently, gently down into that little round hole that the wire comes up out of then I can fill with the dripper on the bottle, a pipette, syringe, or a 5 gallon bucket.

When the carto is showing some liquid at the top, I let it sit a while to soak in good, remove the toothpick, put the cap back on and holding a paper towel at the threaded end I gently blow through the carto FROM THE TOP to expel any excess. Wipe off the threaded end good and your ready to go.

I also have a procedure for unwrapping and eating Slim Jim's beef jerky soaked in Tabasco Sauce while maintaining good manners in public - if you need it.

This is going to depend on how much you want to spend. Radio Shack has a multimeter they sell for between 10 and 15 bucks that works fine, but of course there are better ones.

On my Buzz for example, I set the dial to 10 DCV (direct current volts), touch the black lead on the little screw in the base of the Buzz, touch the red lead to the center post screw on top and then push the button on the Buzz and read the screen on the meter. That's it.

On a carto I switch the meter to the OHM setting, before starting I touch the red and black leads together, get that reading and then touch the black lead to the threads on the carto and the red lead to the center hole and read the screen.

Then subtract the amount you got touching the two leads together and that will be your OHM reading for the carto.

Its really easy techno. And if you can find an older person at your Radio Shack, they can show you right there how to use it. If its a kiddie I'd get a friend who is experienced using a meter to show you.

But I know you are a real smart lady and its not difficult and you could figure it out yourself - and we're right here to help.

I've not had any issues with leaking DCs and I've used a good many -- but only from two different lots, so...I suppose it could be an issue with a particular lot as I've seen this mentioned, one-time, elsewhere.

I fill from the top, like TT sans toothpick, and let sit. 50 -60ish drops on a new fill; 12 or so on top-offs. I blow the excess from the top of the carto. I also roll the "finished" carto between my palms, briskly, followed by one more puff from the top.

I carry 6 open, filled cartos in a case (meaning no condoms, just a DT in place) when I am out and about and have experienced no leaking.

I'm hoping it is a fill issue for you, Techno, and not a carto issue. Please let us know.

Good morning Pokey you sweet thing you,

That thing with the toothpick:

one - I need a place to put my toothpick so I can stick my tongue out and bite it while I'm filling cartos. Texans need to do this.

two - putting the toothpick in the hole stops juice from going straight through the carto and out the bottom.

three- it makes the toothpick taste good.

And if I had a nickle I'd bet its just a filing issue.
