Ok guys, total noob question here....

Got my Bloog kit and started vaping this past Wednesday evening. I'm still on my first cart, and I'm wondering what indicators I should be looking for to know when to change to a new cart. Does the vapor completely stop when the cart is kicked? I'm still getting vapor off of it, but I notice that I have to pull on it a little more to get vapor off of it. Also, the taste is a little harsher. Just wondering what's normal here. Thanks!

Are you keeping the carto damp? And with what PG/VG of juice?

I got a week out of a Bloog carto (2 weeks for me since I vape the KR8 1/2 the time). I use thin clear juices, PG with 20% or less VG, and avoid juices that seem to leave flavoring sediment in the stuffing.

I add juice whenever the vapor is light or dry or tastes the tiniest bit dull or off, or if the carto is getting abnormally warm, or if I look at the top of the stuffing and it is white again. if you don't keep a carto damp or if you use jucie that is thick and flows slower than you vape it, then a carto will get singed and that adds a bitter taste. Some tobacco flavors can handle a bit of bitter taste added but it can ruin sweet flavors.

I gave my friend my bloog to try a few weeks back and he used a cartomizer for 3 days. He loved it and said it was going strong. I took one drag and got that dry atty wire taste we all have become accustom to. What I'm getting at is at first you may not notice it as much however 1 to 2 days tops is typical for a carto without top off. I used the Elite Vapor Works cartos bc the price was good and I would say they are the same product. I would also reuse 2-3 times after boiling them (see youtube).
