I have just ordered some GotVapes PHOENiX Bottom Coil XL 1.5ml Cartomizer and would like to know if any one else has used these, how many times can you refill them before tossing them out?, can they be cleaned like reg cartos and be reused?

Yeah they can be cleaned , they pull apart for cleaning , dry burning . From what I have read and watched on you tube, is the most important thing about them is filling them. There is a video on you tube by mr.outlaw that shows a great way to fill them. Also have read that they ship with some sort of primer fluid residue in them so cleaning them before using was a good ideal for better flavor at first . I'm expecting to get mine tomorrow , cant wait.
The number of times you can refill them is completely dependent of the type of juice you use. I just recently tossed my first one that was about a month old and I refilled it 1-2 times a day. The only reason I even tossed it is because I cracked it and it wouldnt hold the vacuum anymore. The coil was still working great.
The manufacturer actually says not to dry burn them, but you can with short bursts. They are very easy to clean compared to other clearomizers. Simply pop off the endcap or drip tip, then remove the silicone ring around the center tube. The easist way that I found to remove the silicone ring is to stick your syringe needle in the fill hole, slightly angle it and slowly pull out the ring. You dont want to wiggle the needle too much though because then you will make the hole too big. Once you have the ring out, loosen the center metal tube ( I use a toothpick or pair of tweezers and wiggle it) Once you have it loose, turn it over and tap on a table (not too hard). Then simply fill with water and blow through a few times. If you want to do a dry burn, you can do it at that point. Then reinsert the metal tube (make sure you seat in in a lightly push down) Dont push too hard or you may crack the tube itself. If you are using a thick juice, just dont push all the way down. Then put the silicone ring back in making sure it is pushed all the way down and the metal tube is centered.
I generally only clean it about once a week. I use 70%pg juice.

Discountvapers.com has these at $10 for five and they have many, many positive reviews. I want to get some too but since my kit is new, I'm holding off until at least one of the cart's dies that came with my kit. This is just like any other hobby, I can spend money constantly if I'm not careful! You made a good choice!
They come completely dry, no primer so there is no need to clean them first. Just fill and enjoy.
The most important thing is fill upside down. So long as you fill upside down and slowly it wont leak. Once smokeless image gets theirs in next week, I will be posting a new video dedicated to filling them and cleaning them with a dry burn

@ MRoutlaw ,Awesome , i read somewhere on here or maybe it was a video review that this was the case.So they are good to go right out of the box ? Is there any mods you can do to help with performance ? I will be vaping 100% vg boba's
I am not a modder. I tend to use things as intended. The one thing I do if needed with the bc Phoenix is lifting the tube up just a touch with thicker juices. It exposes the wick a little more

From what I understand, they are the same exact ones as the Phoenix just in a different box. I was planning on Making the video before they announced they were getting them. I just put it in hold so I can use the si box since that's where I will purchase from now
