I had a lot of difficulty refilling the LTv9/E9s the first few weeks I was using them. Then, suddenly I seemed to finally get it right, and could keep them going for days or even weeks. I was never sure whether it was me that finally did it right, or if they had changed the design to make it easier to refill.

Then I got a batch from inhaler, and half were good, lasting as long as a pack, the other half were bad, only lasting about 50 puffs. The good half were easy and reliable to refill. The bad half were unreliable, and if they workedat all when refilled, gave poor vapor, and could only be refilled a couple of times.

All of which is a long winded way of saying, you may have gotten a bad batch. ;)

I got them from nhaler, maybe school bus yellow, but I would call it orange. I have never tasted the burnt taste people talk about. I have had the last couple of puffs feel kinda dry or harsh on my throat. I figured I could keep refilling them as long they produced vapor. So I have probably refilled 7 or 8 times. I am using the johnson creek smoke juice to refill, I put 5 or six drops in the threaded end, let it set. Then I put 10 to 12 in the mouth end, and let it set. Still producing vapor, just seems light at the beginning. When I get that dry throat hit, I refill. I also notice the cart getting warm just before that.
