Hi guys,
Just started vaping 3 days ago - after 25 years of smoking and countless times I've tried to quit .. looks like I'm seeking the light at the end of the tunnel ..:)

Anyway - got my starter kit from Vapornine - cartomizer type , came in a box identical with 501 (from pictures I've seen) so, not sure what model it is ..
So, I've started vaping

how long a prefilled cartomizer will last ? I've used one for 2 days and now has a burned taste - does it mean needs recharge ?
How do I know when is time to recharge ?
If I recharge with let's say 10 drops, how long it's supposed to last ?
How many times I can reuse a cartomizer ?
For this model, automatic, batteries last only around 3 hours - is this normal ?

thanks - just trying to get my head around this thing ... I have no idea what I'm doing ...but I haven't smoked in 3 days ...

If you got it from VaporNine, it's a Kr8 (branded Nebula by Ben at VaporNine), not a 510.

You seem to be somewhat confused about recharging batteries vs. refilling cartomizers. I recommend that you read the online tutorial on the VaporNine website. I hear that it is very well written.;)

It is now too late to save that first cartomizer, which you vaped to the bitter end (so to speak). For the remaining ones, refill with e-liquid as soon as the vapor and/or flavor tapers off and before it starts to taste bad. [Watch Ben's video at the end of the tutorial to see how easy that is, using Doggsbody's Carto Cap technique.] You should be able to do that several times. And try Ben's new Turbo cartomizers. Like Vapor4Life's Premium and CigEasy's Gold Label Deluxe cartos, they are dramatically superior to regular cartomizers.

The symptoms of the battery needing to be recharged are frustratingly similar to the cartomizer needing to be refilled. If it's been a couple hours (of fairly frequent vaping), swap it out for a freshly charged batt.

Three hours use between battery charges sounds about right. During that time, your other battery should have been fully recharged. If you are out and about a lot, you can use a PCC to recharge that other battery (and carry two cartomizers). For some reason, Ben doesn't carry it, but you can pick one up from Puresmoker, for example, for $16.
