I bought an eMDCC kit last week and haven't smoked an analog in several days now. I like the cartridges fine, but i feel like perhaps i could be getting more flavor out of my liquid with a different cartomizer set up. perhaps different liquids would be more flavorful?

currently vaping:

Johnson Creek
spiced apple cider
tennessee cured.

Also had a random caramel flavor that is quite delicious but lacks the throat punch that I seek.

I understand that any 510 cartomizer will fit my ego 900 battery? is this correct?

Also, as a reference point, I had sampled a few blu disposables before picking up my own gear. the flavor on those was remarkable (which is why i ordered johnson creek juice) I am trying to duplicate that to an extent.

Thanks for any help!

Also: I'm looking forward to experimenting with new juices and would like perhaps to be sampling them in smaller carto's so that I'm not filling my 3 dollar EMDCCs with juice that I don't end up liking...

thanks so much for ya'lls help. my Johnson creek juices so far are 100% PG. However, I have a a delicious smelling spiced apple cider that is 100% VG. Any tips on set ups to maximize this flavor? I will be ordering some of the boge carto's tomorrow per ya'lls suggestion and the suggestions of another thread...

I also seem to have gotten the idea from this forum that a higher nicotine content in a juice seems to dull flavor. Does that mean I'm paying attention? Thanks so much!

Heyas madsen6466,

+1 on boge 2.0's. I also like smoktech 1.7Ω single coils on my ego batts. You can find them here 5 pack of 1.7ohm single coil XL cartomizer by Smok Tech . Hoosiers has been a great vendor for me. Always ships promptly. As for trying out new juices, if you have an atty and driptip, dripping is the best way to try out new flavors, imo. Id you don't have an atty and driptip, you can get both for under $10. Good investment to save wasting a carto on a juice that you hate.

:D

Every time I step into a thread asking for suggestions for cartomizers, I see Boge 2.0's and CCV's 1.7 LR Resurrectors recommended ad nauseum... ...and for good reason. :D My preference is to the latter. I use them on my eGo-T and every time I think about changing my setup, I kick myself because I have it so good. :D Get either and you'll be in hog heaven. :)

I've been using some echo-e cartomizers that I got from the classifieds on this site. I haven't run into any issues with them yet. I'm not sure what the ohm rating on them is but I've found that they are perfect for me. The only way they could be better is if they held more juice even though they hold quite a bit as it is.

I agree- very nice cartomizers. I use them too. The good part is that they're made to be cleaned and reused.

I wasn't aware that they were made to be cleaned and reused. Thanks for the heads up, it could potentially save me a bit of money. What would you suggest is the best way to clean these?

I ordered some boge 2.0 carts last night - got the deal on 15 thanks to somebody's link too. Does anyone know if I should expect the filling of these to be more difficult than my EMDCCs? I imagine they will be much simpler because they are smaller and hold less? Trying not to be surprised and really needing those filling syringes that I didn't order. Thanks!

Or get both!
I haven't really tried all that many of the different ones out there but the CCV's 1.7 LR Resurrectors are the best so far in my opinion.
