I do the same as piano guy (probably from his helpful posts and Taryn's) but without popping the top* I go right through the mouth hole with a blunt syringe - through the inside rubber mouth hole and then to the wall of the cartos on an angle. I put 20drops - 1ml in - spin with rubber/plug in place and then 5 to 10 more drops and spin. If you try to put, say, 15 drops, the juice will come out the top and you've likely entered the center inside hole which you want to avoid - it will take awhile to vape that away if you can - it's like a flooded atty in the 3 piece. I've taken the suggestion made recently, to drop a few drops from the batt side to 'prime' it. That seems to get you up and running quicker.
* while I go through the mouthhole without popping the top, I'd highly recommend that anyone who has never filled a blank or refilled a cartomizer not do this at first but pop the top to see what's in there and do it as the video shows - angling the drops along the wall of the cartomizer, etc. Then you know what you're aiming for when you do it with just the syringe without popping the top first.
