Cartomizers and Consumption

Since my Boge cartomizers showed up a few days ago and I've been putting a couple through the paces with a drip tip--my first time with that combo--I seem to notice I'm vaping through a lot more juice. I don't think it's a matter of the carto sucking it up or using it less efficiently than dripping. I think it's a matter of how long I can vape uninterrupted by having to drip more often. Maybe it's the "new toy" syndrome, but it seems to have changed my "vaping rhythm." I haven't been keeping tabs closely, but the difference is maybe a ML, from 2-3 a day to 3-4 a day.

Anybody else notice that?

I think that too, when I use cartos. I prefer to drip, but I don't stop to drip when using cartos, so I think I go through more just because of that.

I'm not getting the picture here -- are we talking about putting a drip tip at the mouth end of a cartomizer, or refilling cartomizers by dripping juice onto the filler?

What I was talking about was moving from a straight direct-dripping approach to my first real stab at cartomizers (although I am using mine with a drip tip and periodically topping off that way). Starting out with the luxury of most of a ML of juice does seem to make me consume a bit more at this stage.
