Cartomizers and EcO batteries? Clarafication plz

ok i know that if i dig or find the right spot i can def. find out the skinny on both of these, but Im really unsure exactually what a cartomizer is or an EcO battery.

Can i get a brief description on both of these, sorry to waste anybodys time but i just really wanna get the most outta my Vap.

if i had to guess a carto is a prefilled cart?
And a Eco Batt. is a longer lastin batt.?

Any pros and Cons to either of these and do they have them for my Joye510?

do you mean ego? An ego has a big battery and uses a 510 atomizer or cartomizer. a cartomizer is an atomizer and cart all in one. A cart holds the juice. I hope this helps.
