My friend bought be a duo pro from electronic cig Inc and I was wondering Where can I get other flavor cartriges for it? Are there any interchangeable parts with other e cigs? I don't real like the cherry flavor it came with, and looking for something other than menthol and tobacco.

Their Duo Pro is a two-piece cartomizer e-cig. I'm not 100% sure what model, but the box shown on their website looks exactly like the Kr8 kit box. If so, I've got good news and bad news:
The bad news is that your friend didn't have to pay $146 for a starter kit. Most suppliers participating in ECF sell it for closer to $40. [I feel your friend's pain.]
The good news is that there is a tremendous selection of cartomizer flavors for you to choose from. The Kr8 is sold by myriad suppliers and under several brand names, including: NHaler (KR808D-1), Vapor4Life (Vapor King), PureSmoker (Ace), CigEasy (Easy), GoodProphets (VapoRite), LeCig (D1), VaporKings (KR808D-1), and LiteCigUSA (KR808D-1). Those are just the ones I've dealt with. All are excellent and reasonably priced. I believe the first two listed have the largest selections. Most of these suppliers have subforums in the "Approved Suppliers" section of ECF (with direct links to their websites); the rest pop up at the top of a Google search on their name.
