I checked that link and they are showing $1.49 now.

But here is where I have found a great price for them:

KR808-D1 Cartomizers Empty

He is out of stock on them atm but his price is always $6.69 per 5 pk.

He ships very fast and the pks I bought (4 so far) I have yet to get a bad one.
