WOW Received my Super 6 about a week ago and it hook me on the first hit with the T-Tip it has been soo good I did not take the T-Tip off until today.... I thought ok time to try the cartomizer or 801 so i put a cartomizer on filled it up then stuck the T-tip on where you put thsat little plastic peice back on after filling I just left that off....WOW it's off the hook I seem to like it better with the T-Tip then without and it doesnt get as hot. I found the cartomizers heated up more so with 6 Volt but on 3.7 also guessing because they do not have a plastic cart or tip on the end as the little plastic peice you pull out for filling is just flat and sits flush. Just great havent tried the 801 with adjustable draw but im just takeing a guess i'm sure I will like it also. 2 positive improvements with me useing the cartomizer no more kind overbearing heat and overall improved hit cool!

I'm getting a super 6...which adapters would I need to use my kr808 carto's???

The site says it comes with your choice of built in adaptor. Would I need a stand alone 510-901 adaptor or can I just screw the cart directly into the mod?

man this is complicated...thanks...

All you would need is the 901 adaptor with the super 6. I use the 902 adaptor and also the T-tip when I do use cartomizer's it works good as I bu empty cartomizers and fill them with my prefered e-juice so I do not put the plastic peice back. But mainly I drip useing 510 and T-tip but do have all the adaptors and switch up from time to time.

Best wishes

Hi Puffladdy and welcome to ECF as well as Super T forum........Just a quick question though.....Are you sure you ordered a Super Six or could it have been the Precise....Just double check if you can.....So we can answer your question properly.....Thanks:)

I have two models, the Precise, which comes standard with 510 top, but includes a screw in adapter of which you would just get the 510-901 adapter (it prompts for it when you order)

the Super6 you would just order the 901 version, no adapter needed.

Hope that helps!

How well does the t-tip work for dripping on a cartomizer to keep it topped off? The cart side hole looks big enough that if you held it an an angle when you dripped it'd run down the side to the filler and not down the center tube of the cartomizer. This would be exceptionally convenient for me.

I can't stand dripping on a 510 atomizer right now. It tastes off. And I can't get consistent vapes without juice running through the atomizer and out the battery threads. Maybe it'll improve with the t-tip, I dunno.

Hey, thanks for the info. Caught wind of the new super-t....sounds enticing...I've decided to hold out for more info on that....then I'll have to pick between that and the super6....

You'll be very lucky if both are in production at the same time.
When David started the Super6 he stopped the T1.
Now the Precise has come along and there's talk of a big battery mod in the works.

I seriously doubt he'll be able to produce three models at the same time.
They all have to go through his hands before they get to you which takes a while and complicates being able to do multiple models at once.

If ya think maybe you'd like a Super6 (which I highly recommend) you might wanna see if you can still get one. The Precise is also a beauty for a small batt application.

May have to send one of mine to GrimmGreen to do a review :w00t:

Camping? If you're a very heavy vaper...........Never happen...

HV Mods typically use two (let's say) CR123's rated @ 3.0v and 750mah
A typical 14500 LV battery is @r 4.2 - 3.7v and 900mah

I can get @r 4.5 - 6 hours on a typical 14500 PV but only about 4 - 5 on the HV.

Once the battery voltage on a HV PV starts to drop into the 5 - 5.2v range, it's done.
You can swap the batteries around (top to bottom) and get a little mroe out of it but not @ HV. And if you're using HV attys they drop off faster (I think) @r 3 - 3.5hrs

The best long lasting MODs (I've used) run 18650's 4.2 - 3.7 @ 1800 - 2000mah
I can go a day - day and a half on those....

With the new low voltage attys coming onto the market I think the future will be LV attys on a 18650 or something in that class

At certain times of the year, I fly alot. I always take four sets of whatever and a charger. Also take a backup device *just in case*. If I was going camping I'd be taking a car charger :)
