OK, this seems just dumb. I got my 510 Mega XL E2 Cartomizer Black - Ceramic v4 3.0 ohm yesterday and couldn't wait to try them out. I got home and got out my sringe. I drew up 1/2 a millaliter of juice. Took out the top white piece, took out the next white washer and inserted the needle into the hole of the remaining white piece. I didn't even get a quarter millimeter of juice into it and it starter dripping out of the bottom of the atty. What the hell?

I stopped, replaced all the pieces I took out, screwed it onto a PV and got a very small wisp of vapor, no flavor of any kind.

Any ideas?

Why don't any of these things come with instructions? Even searching the forum and you tube, really didn't get basic step one step two info. Got lots of I ripped this sucker apart and here are all the pieces... stuff and one lady in a bathrobe hitting clouds like there is a steam pipe up her .... and the vapor is just pumping out her mouth and nose.

Any help would be appreciated.

I love my cartos! Will never use anything other. I get my cartos from Drew over at nhaler and have been using his PV juice. The cartos I get are the mega 510 LR. I never had any any of the issues you guys have described outside of one dud and I think I screwed that one up by filling it wrong. My cartos last me a good week to a week and a half and you can usually tell when it's getting old when it starts to taste a bit funky. The juice after a refill usually lasts me a good 3 hours of vape time with great vape.

I read a lot about how to use carts before using them plus I have an experienced friend who showed me. Filling them is pretty easy but I understand not knowing how much goes in since you can't see the amount of liquid. When I first started using them I used the boot method which is the plastic tip that comes with the cart and covers the end. They said to fill the boot almost halfway which should fill the carto pretty well, that is about 10 drops or so. Then take the carto and insert it into the boot and slide it slowly down the boot until it hits the end and all the juice is sucked in and ta-da, you have a filled cart! This evenly distributes the liquid through the cotton so you won't have any dry burn. I didn't like the boot method since it was more time consuming so I switched to my drip tip and all I do is drip the same 10 drops in the tip which takes half the time.

Just got the skinny on filling the E2's. It seems that there are two very tiny holes on opposite sides of the last white plastic circle, like at 3 & 9 o'clock all the way out to the side right up against the wall of the tube. Did I say itty bitty tinie winie? Really?!?!? Two tiny holes on the sides? I've got 59 year old eyes. I have to get bifocals for my bifocals to see those holes. Really?????

1000s of thanks to all that responded. This forum is the best! Its vaping much better now. I had to make a 100% pg batch of juice to get the sringe to work. But at least now I've got vapor. Thanks everybody!
