The blu is smaller than a standard 510 cartomizer, but the threads do match (I have used them on several 510 threaded batteries in a pinch). They don't perform very well (on any battery, really), but they should fit.
The blus will work on an ego. I think it works better than the actually blu batteries. But have run out of the blus and now fill my own LR cartos. Work great! Good luck and happy vaping.
