I have noiticed something now that Ive been doing this for a few weeks. I have a few tanks now, I use boge 2.0 on a KGO 3.7 battery. I have one phinac clear tank( 3ml) and 2 triple v tanks from Valley vapes, all are pyrex. After a few issues, I have got them going pretty consistantly. I was noticing on the phiniac that after a while it seemed to slow down in vape production and taste. The triple v seemed to be very consistant. I was going thru tank full with little slowing down. I thought at first it was due to size, vacum, seals etc. I now realise that for some reason I was using my "better" juices on the phiniac and the supposed not so special ones on the triple v. The juice in the phiniac is juice from vermillion rivers, the classic blend, it is very thick and opaque, almost cloudy. It is very good and you can taste the clean real tobacco etc. The one I was using in the triple v has been Mad Hatter from Kalamazoo, very clear, even though its also 50/50 it is much more fluid. I made this observation after going thru all the facts in my mind. The heavier, darker juices tend to gunk up the center of the carto faster and being a bit paranoid of burning up cartos Ive been holding the carto/tank up to light and making sure it is not clogged. The juice in the phiniac after about 1/2 a tank gets clogged, so that when I get out my little interdental brushes and run it up the contact end of the carto, very gently. I do this till the brush comes out clear, rinsing the brush and drying it in between so that I dont get water in there. So after all this, I would advise when using the heavy juices from certain juice makers to be aware of any slowing down of vape and taste and look up the center to make sure its clear of debris. Now that I am aware in the slight differences in juice and what the carto is " saying" I have been able to keep a carto going for days in my tank. If you use clear liquids you wond have to check as often. So listen to the little messages your carto is giving you and you should do well. Now some cartos are never too clear in the center to start with, maybe some are packed too tightly so they wont really last or produce well to start with. Maybe keep those to have around when you just want to try out a new juice and dont expect it to be around to long anyway. I hope this helps out any of you who might think they are doing somthing wrong or that cartos are not for them. THere is nothing nicer than a good vape of good juice on a perfect carto. Im sure atty users will argue this, but since I havent used an atty yet, Its all I have to go on. Attys will be my next months adventure. Oh before I forget, both the phiniac and the triple v are excellent tanks, and either will bring hours of enjoyment.
