thought I saw a place to buy cartos,lr's & ce2's in bulk anyone point me in that direction again, and thanks for your help.

Keep in mind not all CE2's are created equal.

I don't know about CE2's (or what you would consider "bulk"), but Crystal Clear Vaping sells 15-cartomizer bundles (including syringe and two drip tips): Boge (reg and LR), smok Tech Mega Dual Coil, and smok Tech 1.7 ohm Mega Single Coil.
