I had 2 "open circuit" (measured with my meter) and 1 not threaded cartos of different flavors in some of my recent shipments.

I haven't had a problem with the carts not working. But I just went to put my last Smilin Special menthol on, and there are no threads on it at all
I have never seen this before, anyone else???
Luckily I have 2 more packs coming today
I had two menthol like that, but they were freebies - so out came the tap and boom! They're threaded.
