i bought this cartos:

and i use Ego for 2 months now (Great Great Great!)

I used the MegaCartos that was great, but i can't buy every week 13.5$ 5 mega cartos pack..

how do i use them with my Ego?.. there is a Vid or tut?...

I saw that there is couple of methods to refill them - what is the best? and there is a Vid or tut?..

how long do they lasts for you?... how many days till they die?

They should work essentially the same as the cartos youve already used. Fill em up and screw em in. If you dont have a carto filling syringe, then the condom fill + taryn spin work the best. Plenty of youtube vids demonstrate this method.
