ok so i have been vaping this COV tank and i got this Carto and at first i didn't get it but i figured out how to use it right (just have to let the liquid sit in it for a while before it gets the coil wet)

and i think they both give off good quality vapor, i think the tank has a bit of a leaking problem but i've been able to work that out for the most part i think its just user error on my part... but the carto has no leaking problem that i need to worry about.

BUT with the carto it seems that the liquid doesn't last nearly as long, maybe its the dual coil is just vaping faster, but it seems to me like a lot of the liquid just sort gets stuck in the filler and never reaches the coil. i guess this is fine if you constantly use the same liquid, but i have a bunch of flavors and i like to use a different flavor each time, so for me to clean out this carto each time it goes dry seems like i'm am going to end up wasting about a mL of perfectly good liquid that can't reach the atomizer.
with the tank there is no filler, it just drips directly from the tank into the atomizer. so i get every last drop out of the tank before it goes dry. so really leaking a few drops here and there out weighs not being able to vape that last mL (i usually only put a couple mLs in the first place and then switch to a new liquid, so i will only be able to get about half of what i put in)

so yea i am happy with this tank, BUT i want a phiniac tank (because it is awesome and i can get a design that means something to me on a nice think piece of pyrex glass, i love thick glass when it comes to smoke or vapor :2cool:) but it seems like i'm going to have to get a carto in order to use this lovely piece of glass on my vape.

i really want to hear any and all ideas and comments for my predicament, thanks in advance for any help.

ok well i think i'm getting the problem i had worked out, i just put the carto in the thumb of a ski glove (that has a string on it) and spun it fast several rotations so that the liquid got pulled to the carto.

since no one replied i figured you guys might not know how to do that. i read somewhere here that people do this to fill the cartos, so i tried it in the opposite direction and it works great.

Where you least expect it....
Dual Coil cartomizers do require a bit more e-liquid. How often do you top off? When you notice that the flavor or performance is diminishing. Then it's best to drip 5 drops in there and if that's not enough...drip more.

The issue with cartomizers is that you can't use all the e-liquid that you put it there. You can but, it's going to burn before that even happens.

Also, do you give time in between every 10 puffs (for example) or so for the cartomizer to re-wick? That may also explain what your experiencing at this time. I usually give a few minutes for that to happen.
