I spoke with Andrew today and he told me that Smoktech has send out his order and he expects to get it on Moday or Tuesday. He confirmed that the order includes the new E-Power switches and also confirmed that they will be the new Blue LED switches with 5-click on/off and are rated to use 1.5ohm and up. So they will be the same switches that Hoosier is selling now.
Also this has nothing to do with the E-Power, but the order also contains the extender pieces for the Bolt, and also different colored Smoktech tanks
