Cartridges or juice IN STOCK? NY

Sigh. I can't find any websites that:

1. List if their items are currently IN STOCK .
2. Answer web mail or voice mails in one day (with the above information).
3. Has smoke 51 compatible cartridges or juice (yes Leaford, I tried contacting Bloog. Thanks. They have not responded though.

Anyone have currently in stock juice or cartridges out there? Near to NY?

I fear the unreliability of this is going to be a deal killer.

Once you are able to judge what and how much you need... you will keep overstock and you will be fine.
