hi, just ordered 25 pre fill cartridges and 20ml of liquid, sorry for the ignorance as its all new to me, cn you re fill the old cartridges or do i have to buy empty ones?

Where there is a will there is a way. And, there are a ton of resources on the internet for this. My first ecig seemed like something I would not be able to fill back up with someone else's juice.
I realized that they had to fill it somehow - so I figured it out and refilled my carts. It was trickier than all the other vids and walk-through's I had seen on the net. This seemed like a unique cart. But in the end I just decided to direct drip juice onto my atty. Which is a convenience and an inconvenience at the same time lol.
Anyway, I'm sure you will be able to decipher how they got their juice in those carts so you can do the same. Little tools and nimble fingers wouldn't hurt either.

Not necessarily. You can still use up a filled one.. open it up and clean it out and refill it. But yeah, empty seems like a more logical step.
crazyhornet, if you have a 510 model, you really need to check out the 510 cartomizers. They are a cartridge and atomizer in one unit. Very effecient, last a long time, and easy to fill.
