Carts up or down?

When not being used, I keep my e-cigs in a juice glass. Should they be cart down or cart up?

I say cart up to keep the atty wet unless you see leakage. If it is going to be a long time (when you sleep) before you are going to use it then cart down. Not sure though but that is what I seem to do.

I drip. No carts!
When I did use carts, I removed the cart at night.
I did and still do-blow out my atomizer and leave it to drain on a papertowel overnight.
Keeps the airholes on the threaded end clear and helps to keep the sweet e-juice from clogging up the atomizer.

Added: During the day I stand the Ego or Chameleon on end, which would be cart up, if there were one there.
