Could you still carry them in your pocket? It says not in your checked luggage (which, to my understanding isn't the best idea anyways) and not in your carry-on luggage, but it doesn't say not on your person... I'm no lawyer, but methinks there may be a loophole?

They haven't been allowed in checked luggage for a while now. As far as carry on vs in Your pocket don't think there is any difference there at all.

Hmmm... I suppose I'll have to get a cheapie starter kit the next time I fly, just to test the waters; no way in h-e-double-hockeysticks I'm surrendering my SX mini and Squape to get on a plane.

Hopefully enough of us write in that it doesn't come to that, but unfortunately it seems that our community doesn't particularly like to mobilize... (prove me wrong, people!)

I almost did because I was getting so discouraged. None of this is going to affect me one way or another but I just can't give up fighting for those that it will affect.

When I emailed Marco Rubio his staff replied with a canned response at first
then with an email which made it clear they had no clue what I was talking about.
They got FDA right but apparently thought I was talking about prescription medicine prices.

are you entirely sure? i don't see it referring to having it on your person just a reference to having it in baggage...i honestly don't mind them not allowing it in a bag...i could understand them being weary of that...but on your person is a different story o.0

that's an extreme...but i see your point...i mean sporting equipment isn't allowed either...but i've taken some stuff through by holding it...i guess it depends on the TSA?
