So, like many new to the vaping world, I became a juice ..... and ordered a whole bunch of liquids in varying flavors from different vendors. I also bought a number of different colored tanks to use for different flavor categories. What I'm working with is something like:

Blue - Bakery flavors like blueberry pancake (one of my first flavors), waffles, cinnamon roll, etc.
Red - Berry concoctions like strawberries and creme, berry parfait, strawberry cheesecake (overlap with blue), etc.
Green - Citrus-y type flavors like lemonade, tropical mixes, etc. and also other fruits like green apple and pear
Purple - Cocktail type flavors like mimosa, pina colada (overlap with green), or merlot (one of my first flavors)
Black - Mint-inspired flavors, basically because I needed something for a Shamrock Shake flavor... don't know what else to use if for
Steel - Whatever fits my fancy
Clear PT3 Mini - Full on dessert flavors (cookie, chocolate, et al)
Clear Aerotank - Most gourmet flavor of the day that I pull out of my bin

I know that some other ECF members do something like this. I was curious what system you guys use...?

I do something similar to what you are doing, but I change out flavors a lot. So I back up that system by taking notes on
My smart phone. I also note when I changed out the atomizer or cartomiser. That way I can track if a flavor change is due to the atty

Mine are not color coded but I do have mostly pink tanks and ordered all 48 of them that way I have a few purple, a couple blue, a couple green, 8 clear, no black, 5 stainless...but mine are all marked with a sharpie as to what flavor is in what tank by initials. That is how I keep mine separate! I am more big on candy flavors though so I guess it works that most of my tanks are pink and my 8 favorite flavors are in my 8ml Vivi Nova Tanks. That way I am not constantly filling them. I did have one of my 8 big 8ml tanks either get plugged up on me or something because it no longer allows the juice to flow freely through it, but it served it purpose while I had it and it lived a nice long life for the little amount I paid for it when you take the final price I paid for the 8 and divide it by 8, I barely paid $2.98 a tank.

I love the Smok Tech Pyrex tanks, but they don't come in enough colors to use them as a code. I have a couple of each color, so needed a way to keep them straight.

Someone suggested those tiny colored bands for little girls hair, that come in many different colors. You can get a whole pack of about 100 for $1. I put a colored band on the tank, and a matching one on the juice. I can just look at the juice that way, and not have to get my reading glasses and read the label. If I run out of colors in the bands, I double up, like green and yellow, green and red, etc. It's working well for me.

I found some of my wife's scrunchies in colors and wrapped those around a couple of stainless clearos to keep them straight. Others I try to set them next to the bottle. After a while I get confused and they all taste the same and I dump them and start over. I need those little rubber bands.

If I stole my wife's scrunchies to keep track of my flavors I would first get yelled at, then I would get laughed at, and then I'd have to buy her more scrunchies. I can take the last, but the first two.... :)

I hadn't thought of tracking atomizers... For me, if something tastes off after a refill, it gets re-wicked during the next fill cycle.

That's a good idea because sometimes you get a tank that decides to leak because you didn't get it closed tight enough, and then its the guessing game with the tanks in that row until they are emptied and cleaned and then refilled but I have a spreadsheet that shows if something is already in a tank if I can't find it in a tank...etc, that way I can start all over and refill the empties!

 Half the time I have no Idea what I'm Vaping. I usually have up to 15 tanks loaded at any given time.

I have 40 some tanks loaded at any given time lol someone beat that....no this isn't a contest, I just hate cleaning tanks to change flavors so I have 40ish full tanks at any given time speaking of which I need to go back thorough my eGo cases and top off the juices and fill the empty ones! Ugh! That is why I always have 40ish full tanks at any given time because I hate filling tanks constantly.

I have to ask: with 40 tanks, how long do you go between refilling? And how long do you set aside for the job? :)

I just bought Evods in all sorts of colours from FT for the same reason. Stupid thing is, I also bought a PT2 mini, just to try it. Now I keep Vaping the PT2 and the Evods are looking pretty on the shelf. Need to get a PT2 for menthol now. Menthols and cinnamons are kept strictly apart from everything else.

I have a lonely 3 color coded IBTanks..
Green: green apple menthol
Purple: Space Jam's Pluto
Black: currently is a fruit cocktail with some menthol but I am not caring for it. So that one is going to be empy again. Previously used a couple of others in it that just didn't taste right after getting them home.

They have them at Walmart, dollar stores, and probably drug stores in the hair care section. Only cost about a buck for a huge pack.:)

No need for me, i have my favorite in my iclear 30b then i have some of the lesser weekly vapes in ce5s but i can tell them apart by liquid color atm. Then il just bring bottles with for dripping and can tell by the scent/color off the wicks what i have in there. getting a few new juices in soon so may get more ce5s but i prefer having different drip tips on them if i have 2 same colored tanks.
