Okay, I see 3 reports over 2 months old.
Detailing Fraud in SS, not theft by sales misrepresentation.
Typical Government practice, never resolve - haul into court and hammer

This reads more as a Ignorance is no excuse thing than anything else.

Now ECF members seem to be turning it into a witch hunt.
I looked at the Bottle mentioned - nasty - I wonder what the Blind Man saw?

I have no horse in this race as I have never done business with them, so I'm out.

If the current regulations on owning a legitimate business didn't stop this guy how would vaping business regulations stop him?

Before you post an answer please think very thoroughly about how someone else could figure a way to get around whatever you propose. Then think... If it makes sense and would weed out the unscrupulous... what are the odds of your proposal being even considered for a regulation?
