So I feel like I've caught the new gadget bug. I started serious vaping at the beginning of this year and then switched from cheap quality ego batteries to the Vision Spinners from MVS less than two weeks ago. I find myself staring at the MVP2 and am looking for honest advice. Is it too soon to upgrade to this? Is there an actual reason to keep the spinners if I get the MVP2 except as a backup? Can I use the MVP2 to start building coils as I do not have a separate multimeter? Is there a better deal than completevapes? For those that purchased the out-of-stock from completevapes, how soon after did you get the product?

I have been saving roughly $15/day since switching and am feeling like the bug will result in me spending much more.

The gadget bug is bad... I started off the way that you did and in about a month i have gone from Ego to Evod to Lava Tube V2.5. Now im awaiting my Magneto and Taifun GT to arrive later this week I hope.. And i have already started looking for something else. :)

When going to a VV mod I would just go all out and get a VV/VW that is why i went with the Lavatube Directly from Volcano. But to each their own. Honestly I would start diving into different tanks as well. I like(D) the Kanger PT3 but the Iclear 30s is much better for me.. the whole Vaping thing is not just a Smoking alternative but an adventure and new experience day in and day out. That is where the real fun starts :)

The way I look at it is IF you can settle on one or two setups and be content then more power to you.. The hard/fun part is the getting new things to try.

My fiance is just fine with Ego spinners and evod tanks. But i Just bought here the Vamo V2 so she can see the difference. If she dosnt like it she will still be perfectly happy with the Ego's. Some people are easier to please then others. It all depends on if you can keep yourself happy and off analogs.

If you can stay off analogs you WIN. The setup dosnt matter.

I started off with an evod starter but went to a protank 3 and an ego c twist and been vaping on it for about three weeks now and its still working like a charm. Im thinking about getting an evic though because it just seems interesting with the whole vw ordeal and would like to try it out although I would like to see if maybe I can get a similar product for about the same price but I might just end up going to my closest store around where I live.

I also started at the beginning of the year like you. I have been successful at quitting smoking beyond my wildest dreams, and could not be happier about it. I also have a couple of Vision Spinners, which I got after my beginner ego kit.

I just bought the MVP 2 and the difference between it and the Vision Spinners is like night and day. It produces so much more vapor and flavor than the Spinners. I thought it might be too big, as I'm female, but it fits very nicely and comfortably in my hand. I highly recommend it. The battery is supposed to last for a day or maybe two without recharging, which is a great feature.

I got mine for a really good price, $41.99, just a couple of bucks more than complete vapes, but this place has it in stock and can ship right away. Free shipping, too. And, actually, after I ordered, I found their warehouse is right here in my city, so I emailed, and went and picked it up. Didn't have to wait for the postman.

Here is a link to where I got mine:

Innokin iTaste MVP V2.0 Iclear 30 V2 VV/VW

Also, don't know about the complete vapes deal, but my MVP 2 came with a set of 12 different textured wraps. I checked them out on ebay, and they are $4.99 for each one there.

15 per day
half that is 7 a day
so about $200 a month.
Just get the MVP already.

Seriously though; get one of those reloadable credit card things, and at the end of each month put the 200 on it, and that's your vape budget sitting there. Use that card to purchase all your vape stuff. If you use it up at any time, you know you got to wait a month. That way you can stay above board on your vape budget.

Dont you know it brother! Hell, i just today recv'd my MVP 2, it was 3 or 4 days in the mail, and i was already looking at the SVD! Seriously looking, as i was still sucking on my ego T starter kit, with not even a upgraded tank! LOL! I have told myself that i will stick with the MVP until its battery dies, then i will look at the replaceable battery types of "tubes"?? I like the VW option, set it and forget it kinda. But you can play around with the VW setting and not have too worry about volts, I have notice you get different vaper production and flavour + throat hits, just by moving the Wattage around. Pretty damn neat! Head on over to the MVP 2 Owners Group Thread on ECF and read up on it if you like. I like it, then again i am only an hours old owner of it! and have nothing whats so ever to compare it with so...there it is.

Ah yes, I call it NSNT syndrome ((Need a Shiny New Toy)). I got a VTR a month ago, but justified it to hubby that I need a quality mod to use while I send my Provari in for warranty repair. Then 4 days ago I pulled the trigger on a nice custom finished ((Iron Man!!!)) maraxus clone and matching kraken because I didnt have a mech yet and have really been dying for a RBA. Of course I also needed rebuilding supplies. Oh yeah, and that Emit Vapor cannonball drip tip. And then tonight I just ordered more kanthal, an ohm reader, and a Patriot clone because I neeeeed a dripper. Needless to say, Im not allowed to spend any more money for a while. That addiction is neverending

Got the bug and cant shake it just ordered my MVP Saturday and cant stay out of the local shop. I keep telling my wife this is it no more for awhile , I just get the look and the " yeah sure it is " but she is almost as bad she just likes the egos and the mini tanks so her habit is a little cheaper than mine. We figured we were spending around 150 a week on cigarettes

we all get bit by the bug but for me i found the one i liked the most quickly the itaste svd i liked it so much i own 3 lol plan to customize atleast one. tanks is another different story. i figured it as i am saving over $400 a month so i give myself $100 a month for a new mod or juice or something shiny. no guilt in buying something that basically pays for itself :)

Never too soon to upgrade, almost required if you chase the better vape. I went through 30 APV's and mechs before I stopped buying them, after acquiring 3 Provari's and 1 Semovar. I sold all the others, except my Just GG. I have five now, and a couple of iTaste 3.0's that I never use along with an eVic I also never use. Just sayin' it's not how soon you upgrade, it's how high you upgrade. The sooner you go high-end, the sooner you'll stop upgrading and chasing the next shiny thing out there. I recommend the Provari Mini as the best first year device, followed by the equally impressive Semovar. My two cents. YMMV. Good luck. Power up and Vape On!

Once you get the mvp or any regulated mod, you'll still use your spinners. I have 2 iTaste vv 3.0 that I take with me for errands. Before the mvp, I was putting batteries in the charger twice a day. Now, I keep a spinner, either evod or an vv3, fully charged as spares. I go 3 days without having to charge the mvp. Oh and I "upgraded" to it about 20 days into this.

I plan to do this, too. I am retired and home quite a bit, so the MVP will be my main device. When I run out on errands, etc. I will take my Vision Spinner. They are a great size for purse or pocket. Now they can stay charged up ready to go, since I will be mainly using my MVP.
