In the description where you purchased it, it should have said Ohm read-out. other wise you can go to the model specific forum and im sure you can find out there quickly.

I'm really new to this and I can already see that the sky's the limit. I'm just using a 1000 mAh eGo-c Twist and a mini BCC from PSV. It suits my needs for the moment, but I know me, and I"ll probably succum to that damn bug eventually! One thing that's cool here is that I've yet to see any "snob factor" about what set up you're using, and that's the way it should be. Use what works for you.
I also noticed that no one cares about what you use I think everyone understands "different things for different people". I use the Ismoka mega bcc its a 9 dollar tank and its what works for me right now, I have some PT2 and Iclear 30B just dont like them that might change as time goes on.
I ordered the MVP 2.0 from completevapes - $29.96 with coupon-code from this site (and free shipping) on Feb. 12, and it was out-of-stock at the time. Says it shipped Feb 24.
Didn't get it yet, so can't vouch completely, but that's pretty quick turnaround and best price i've ever seen. First upgrade for me over ego-C twists (and a zinc-potato deathtrap i was wiring for a couple days).

Just quit the sticks on 1/22/14. Using a Kanger EVOD and an EGO 600 I got as part of the EGO-T starter kit last year. I just ordered some VV 1100 EGO's from FastTech and they should arrive in about a week ( I hope )

Just quit the sticks on 1/22/14. Using a Kanger EVOD and an EGO 600 I got as part of the EGO-T starter kit last year. I just ordered some VV 1100 EGO's from FastTech and they should arrive in about a week ( I hope )

The regular simple battery will output a voltage, and the voltage will drop off as you use it; therefore your vape will change as you use the battery.
With a vv device (vv means variable voltage, but it really means constant voltage) the device puts out a constant voltage which you set, therefore you get a more consistent vape.
With VW, you set the power; in which case if you change the atomizer head/coil to one of different resistance (ohms) the device compensates for the change in coil, and puts out the same power without you needing to worry about differences in coil reistance.
There are batteries with features, and battery containers with features.
The batteries with features are the
ego twish, vission spinner, smoktech winder: these are ego type batteries with a VV dial to set the voltage.
then there's the innokin itaste VV V3 and MVP2 which are batteries with VW included.
Then there are the containers:
vamo, sid, svd, smok zmax, sig zmax, evic, vtr, 134, tesla
and then there's the provari.
Aye, i caught it too lol. I never understood when i started, but then i used my friends mech and realized how much better it was.
Since December, I've easily blown $1,000 on mods, attys, accessories, and juice. I need to stop browsing or my credit cards will kick me in the nuts. The gadget bug is real. :/

I am totally non-techy, but how I understand it about the size is, the bigger the battery, usually the bigger the device. With the egos, the smaller, shorter ones don't last as long without recharging as the longer ones with bigger batteries. I think about it like the little AAA batteries that go in my remote, vs the D size that goes in my flashlight.
I just upgraded from my egos to an MVP 2, which is about the size of a narrow, but fat cell phone, lol. It will go a couple of days without needing to be recharged, which is very convenient. And in my limited experience, the extra power and variable feature provide much improved vapor and a lot better flavor.
I'm a female and was worried that the MVP 2 would be awkward and hard for my hand to hold. Not so. It fits very easily and comfortably in my hand, a little heavy, but I've already gotten used to it. And the improved performance is totally worth it, IMO.
When that happens and you can't even afford batteries, make sure you have a couple o these lying around.
thats what ive spent in the first 5 months.. the last month $0 on hardware.. spending a lot of time making my 8 vapes work the best way possible and trying new juices.

This is a fun bug to have! Turning into a satisfying hobby though. Started vaping Jan 10th with 1000 mah joyetech ego-c which I still use daily as a back up. 2 weeks later bought an innokin itaste vv vw. Tried a couple cheap clearos then purchased kanger T3s because I absolutely hate refilling every 30 minutes. The t3s doesn't work well with the ego-c battery that well - too airy, but the t3s works perfect on the itaste. Just ordered another itaste today....and I still find myself researching re-buildables
O.K., I realize that my age alone ( 45 ) makes me a bit old school. I love this forum, but what I would really like is to speak, by telephone, with an experienced and knowledgeable vapor person. I have far too many questions and I feel like a lot of the people in the stores don't know squat! They just want to sell you their overpriced stuff. Topics: DIY, MODS, Rebuildables, batteries, PG vs. VG, and on and on and on. It dont expect anyone to spend 3 hours on a call, I just need to speak to an expert.
