Hello, new here and only been vaping a couple of months. I'm using an Evod and Protank on Ego-twist and Evic . I've really started to dig House Blend from Copper Creek. Problem I'm having is after a couple of fills on the both Evod or Protank the draw gets tight and taste gets funky. I'm used to changing the heads after about one to two weeks with HHV juice, but the House Blend is my fav and I'm having to change every other day. Any quick methods of cleaning that will allow me to get back to vaping without having to dry it overnight? Just got in a 120mil bottle of this stuff but the heads are gonna put me in the pour house! Thanks in advance.

Is this one easy to clean or do you just throw it away after a certain point? How about changing liquid? I've been wanting to get something to drip with for a while to taste juice without filling an evod... is it easy to go from one juice to another? I'm glad you mentioned this about the House Blend because it gives me a reason to try it.

Very easy to fully clean just rinse with hot water and blow out of battery connection end and let air dry for the night.I leave mine upside down to help make sure its nice and dry.
As far as swapping flavors I just blow out into paper towel really well and then start dripping new flavor. After first hit or two you will only taste new juice.

Affleck! Thank you so much man!

I ordered it and it's working. You sent me into research mode and I got a Igo-L as well. Just came in today and just set it up.

If you have not tried that one it's nice. wrapped my first one up in a couple of minutes and I'm getting that fresh House Blend tasted I love. Nice thing is when it gets nasty I'll just spend a couple of minutes wrapping another and it's a done deal. I tie my own fishing leaders with wire and this is child's play compared to that.

Once again, thank you!

I can see how you would think backwards: there is some reason to think that the funky taste is from burnt wick, correct?

However, that doesnt explain the stiffer draw. Stiff draw means something unusual must be blocking the airpath. It is natural to conclude that it is the gunk. Gunk is from the solids in juice that remain after the juice is vaporized. So running a hotter coil to burn those solids is a logocal solution.

Looks like you have your setup now, but the heads for the protank are easy to clean. I change out heads with every tank when vaping house/voo's brew, keeping 2 heads in rotation. When I fill up a tank I take the head out, pop the top piece off and soak it all in alcohol. Then I take the head that's soaking out of the alcohol, rinse it good with hot water, burn the gunk off of the coil, put a few drops of juice on the coil and put the top wicks/cap/rubber piece back on. It's good to go after that. The heads I'm using now are over a month old.

Nice to know Asmuth. The protank is what I was replacing. I like it but as you know it would be great for a tank then, well you know! I think I'll take your advice and soak them. Do you have to let them dry or just rock n roll? I just got some wire and wicks so my plan after Kanj's advice was to try and wrap a lower ohm coil on them and burn them hotter, I still want to be able to use them for work.

I use a paper towel to dry the top 2 wicks, but when you dry burn the coil, that will dry out the wick. I blow out the metal top cap after rinsing with water while I dry burn the coil. It takes me about 3 minutes to get the head back in the tank from the alcohol bath. If you only have one head, then soak it for about 10 minutes. I have 4 evods in rotation for copper creek juices(house, voo's, voodoo & twisted). They use the same heads.
