Like I posted in the other thread where someone asked the same thing.

Andrew is really backed up with orders right now. He got some 600 orders in like 2 days. He said hes been filling orders around the clock for the last few days. I would give him a call and see if yours shipped yet. He said he was gona be giving an extra pack of cartos to people that had a longer than normal wait. He might have shipped it already and just hasnt updated the website for your order yet

Im also waiting on a 15-pack of Ressurectors.

While its not normally like this, for future I wouldnt wait till your almost out to place an order, in case something gets held up like this. I would place an order once you have only 1 or 2 5-packs left.
I still have 3 5-packs of Ressurectors and placed another order on Tuesday. Then if its held up your not screwed bc you still have a pack or 2 left.

Hope they come soon for ya!

No problem no need to apoligize!

I agree, but think about how long that would take to email every person that its gona be a few extra days.
If he did that we might not get them for a month. I think he just assumes that if your wondering or concerned you will call or email him. I would call him, Andrews super nice and very helpful. He wants to keep you happy and is willing to do what it takes to keep you a customer

I ordered from them this weekend. Glad I saw these threads and now know what is up with my order. I think you have to be a little more forgiving about delays with juice vendors as they are smaller operations and can't possibly keep up with a sudden rush in orders. These aren't huge big box stores like Wal-Mart, Target, or Amazon who can handle 600 orders a day without any problems.

It seems like there is alot of these threads right now. The vendor is popular for a reason and in my opinion worth a little bit longer wait for the savings, reward points and free syringe and drip tip. Nobody else does that! Maybe we should stop sending people there and keep Andrew to ourselves....

Too late. Saw the threads about his temp back log and checked the site. Awesome deals, reviews, and free shipping. I placed an order a while ago since I need some cartos and want to try a new vendor. I also did it to spite you:p

Yea I didn't see that other thread before I posted this my bad . I don't mind waiting but why doesn't he email people about the wait so were not waiting and wondering what's going on you know.

I had ordered some Ressurectors alittle over a week ago. I received them yesterday finaly. Andrew was nice enough to shoot me an email Sunday night and throw in a little something extra for the inconvienence. Which was very generous IMO. From what i understand Andrew is swammped right now and trying to get to everyone as soon as possible. Andrew is a one man opperation from what Ive heard and thats what alows him to keep prices where there at. Try to be patient, they will come. And as others have suggested shoot him an email if need be. CCV has some of the best customer service out there.

Good luck!!!!!!

I dont care how long it takes, Ill never buy cartos from another vendor. His prices are great and the free syringe/drip tip is awesome.

Also he guarantees all cartos which is really awesome and not many vendors do like he does. Alot of vendors will replace a DOA carto but that is it.

CCV will replace cartos for other reasons also. When I first started using the Ressurectors I got a pack of clear ones to try them. After a few days using them 2 out of the 5 came loose where it screws into the battery. It obviously wasnt his fault but I called him and let him know and I got an email the next day that he sent another 5-pack for free. I didnt even ask for it!
The clear ones are okay but I recommend using the black or SS. They are metal and hold up better. The clear ones are plastic and it can crack and come loose like mine did. I find the black and SS hold up much better.

Ive also never gotten a DOA Ressurector and Ive ordered probably 15-20 or so 5-packs.

On my last order I placed for 15 Ressurectors though I did get a pack that had alittle problem.
(Im not complaning though bc this is the first time I got a carto that didnt work flawlessly)
It was weird, there must have been a manufacture problem or something bc 2 in a 5 pack wouldnt wick right. They were completely filled with juice(and they were filled right, I use a syringe) but for some reason when Id hit it, it would hiss like it was dry.
It obviously wasnt CCVs fault and was just a bad one but called Andrew and let him know. He said he got one last week that did the same thing. I told him I was planning on ordering more anyway and he told me to mention it in the comment section and he would include another free 5-pack to replace the bad ones I got.

So thats 2 times that hes replaced cartos that I got that were bad. Both times wernt even his fault but he replaced them anyways. He really is an awesome guy.
Also, he doesnt even make you send the bad ones back!!! To me thats huge and really awesome.
A while back I ordered a High Drain battery from a vendor and it stopped working only 2 days after I got it. They said they would replace it which is nice, but they wont send me a new one until I send back the bad one. Which to me is kind of annoying since I now have to pay for shipping to send it back, when it only costs a few bucks anyways.
So it kinda makes me think is it even worth it to send it back for a new one when I have to pay to ship it? Its gona cost over half the price of the battery just to send it back, I feel I might as well just buy a new one from another vendor, and throw the bad one in the trash

So the fact that CCV will replace any bad cartos and not even make you send them back to me is awesome and why I will never buy cartos from another vendor. I dont even care if it takes a few extra days, to me its worth it

Didya' pick up some Resurrectors, or Boges Major? My last order was for the 15-pack of each, and ended up with 2 more free drip tips - alumininum with brass finish, and one silver finish. The brass looks pretty nice sitting atop a long black Res.

I snagged some Resurrectors as I hear they are pretty good. I'm going to hold off on the Boges for now since there are a lot of complaints about the quality taking a turn for the worse the past few weeks. Andrew may be my "go to" guy if I like these cartos. How are his juices? I didn't see many reviews.

Oh...I hope I'm not hijacking this thread too badly...just answering Joe's question.

While CCV isnt really known for his juices, his Black&Mild juice is excellent.
I got it for free when I first bought my E-Power and even though Ive tried a lot of juices since then its still one of my favorite juices. Its thick but is very flavorful and produces a lot of vapor since its 85%VG. I dont think it tastes much like a black&mild but Im okay with that since I dont like b&ms much anyway. It has a maple like taste that I find very satisfying.
I think its def worth trying.

Also with using the Ressurectors I would you a syringe to fill them. They are big and hold 2ml of juice. Dripping into the top woll take a LONG time, especially if your using a fairly thick juice. The syringe that he send with carto packs is perfect and is what I use. Ive heard of alot of people that screwed up their Ressurectors bc they didnt fill them properly. Mostly its due to them thinking it had enough juice. If you dont wait for it to settle then the atty will be dry and when you fire it you risk singeing the wick/polyfill and ruining the carto.

Im copy and pasteing this from another thread where someone asked me how to fill a Ressurector in case anyone doesnt know how to fill with a syringe. FOllow this and you will never have to worry about ruining a Ressurector bc it wasnt filled properly.
If they are filled right they last a long time. Ive been using the same Ressurector with the Black&Mild juice for the last 4 and a half weeks and its still going strong.

How to fill a cartomizer with a syringe:

"All you have to do is take the dropper part of the bottle off your juice and fill your syringe with 2ml for a new carto. Take the rubber tip off the carto and carefully insert the needle down the side pushing against the metal. DO NOT go thru the filler because it will move it and you could potentially break a connection and your carto. Slide the needle down the side and go all the way to the bottom. Then slowly start dispensing some juice. Dont dispense it all bc then it won't be evenly distributed. Put alittle in, then take it out and insert the needle in a different spot. I normally do it in 3 spots (in a triangle) I found it distributes the best, but you could just do it in 2, on opposite sides. Make sure the needle is at the bOttom bc then you will not have to wait at all for it to settle. Disperse slowly and you will begin to see the toP of the filler become slushy. It is full then, don't put more. If its a new carto is will def hold 2ml, if your refilling it won't take a lot so pay attention and once it gets alittle slushy stop. While your filling hold a napkin or something under the carto bc if you do it too fast a few drops will come out the battery end. If that happens its only bc you did it too fast and the poly fill didn't absorb quick enough.( that happens to me bc I am impatient and fill it in about 10 sec, so I just hold a paper towel or napkin underneath.) wipe up the drops and put the rubber cap back on the carto. Then put the carto between your hands and rub back and forth spinning the carto quickly. This will insure the liquid is evenly distributed in case you put too much on one side from the syringe.
Now you have a perfectly filled ressurector that is ready to be used right away!"

Hope this helps anyone that doesnt know how. I know it seems alittle intimadating but its very easy. Try a few times and youll get good at it quickly.

Goodluck!!

I will never buy another black carto again(if possible), most of the time they are the same as the SS with a black sticker on them and if I want to use the carto with my chibi tank, I would have to peal the sticker off and then clean up the adhesive that sticks to the carto. CCV can probably blame madjack for all the extra business- he promotes their 15 carto deal often
