I have had these awhile now for the 510 and have a few different versions of them.
The V3's were a marked improvement on the original and they(RoyalSmokers) are shipping their final version(V4) that should have reviews up on them this week.
I use the C-E2 V3's and have been very happy with them, and that is all I use now. Used Joye 510 atties, Joye LR atties and Boge cartomizers previous to the C-E2's.
I use the standard size ones when using a driptip and the XL's when going out since they last a long time(hold 1.8ml)

I like them, some don't, YMMV. I would recommend to others to use.

All the best,
Wing.

I had a very bad experience with the most recent plastic cup CE2's, but I have had a good experience with the newest ceramic cup ones. So I'm going to eat some crow and admit it - they're pretty awesome. Fantastic vapor, good flavor. Although the CE2's have a taste quality which, to my taste buds, makes them best suited for fruity flavors. That is just my opinion - all atties/cartos have their own unique taste quality.

Some do perform better than others, but I've yet to get a dud. So that's a big improvement over the previous versions. And I will say I'm really liking them.

I have used them for a week and picked them up from vaping.com. I use cartos while driving and drip most other times. I switch between The CE-2 and LR 510 mega cartos from Nhaler. I agree with Mistress on the flavor issue. Use the CE-2's for sweeter flavors and the LR's for tobacco and coffee based juices. After filled provide consitent vape for a long time. Refilled the one I am working on 6 times now and it is still going strong.

I find them the right balance between ease of use, longevity vapor and TH. All the different options (drip, cart, other cartomizers,CE2's) carry ups and downs.

I'd say this, if you're thinking about them there is likely something you find "less than satisfactory" to YOU about what you're doing... And so if you're thinking about trying them, wait 2-3 days, and place an order.... Why wait? Cause for most of us, we are coming from a pack a day analog habbit. At that rate you were tossing $7-10 a day to RJ Reynolds and the tax man. Now you are saving that same money. A pack of 5 CE2's is the same as 2 days analogs..... poof its paid for.. And if you dont like them, its still a much better way to send that $15 "up in smoke"....

They last an amazingly long time, literally I've had the best luck with these over Joytech atomizers for longevity.

There is a loss of taste for some reason. I think it might be the air draw tube which runs through the tank to the connector base. Unlike an atomizer that is packed with metal mesh, that holds some juice, these just wick it, with out any excess fluid to accentuate the flavor like an atty.

wag wag.. yea that is a turn around. I think the "development" curve on these has left a lot of "bad press" yet out there, but the newest ones are really measuring up....

I just ordered what a vendor claimed to be the REV 4. If they improve as much as the REV 3's did over the REV 2's i might have to buy me some stock in a chineese company!!!

Well, there is a caveat to that. I still think the company is unethical. I still am not totally sold on the idea of giving them my money.

The product itself, while still not perfect, is now useable for an average vaper, out of the box. Or at least the XL 510's are. I can't speak for the others. I tried another Kr8 CE2, what revision I am unsure, and was not impressed with it. I do not know if it is a ceramic or one of the later plastic versions.

well, as I've been shelling out 300 bucks a month to a company like RJ Reynolds for 20 years, i guess the "bar" for ethics in where i spend my money is umm.. ok.. i guess you get my point.

Heh, I only bought bulk thin-cut pipe tobacco that I made rollies with. It's cheap, yes. But it's also not RJ Reynolds or Altria.

I have been known to inconvenience myself greatly to make a point.

We will have to see how I wind up falling in the long run with CE2's...

I love mine, esp the revision 3 KR-808’s. Literally I went from a pack a day to a pair of customizers a week using a KR-808 PCC... I’ll be honest there is a learning curve with these but the reward is well worth it. Here is my daily routine with these… First off with a pair of fresh carts ill open them from the package, then remove the rubber bungs completely to expose the ceramic cup with a paper clip or other pry bar. Then Ill run them over hot running tap water to remove the primer liquid that tastes bad. Next ill let them stand for an hour, then dry burn the wick till no smoke is showing off the cup. And finally fill them up with about 18 drops roughly without using the syringe… Just drip on the wall of the cylinder being careful not to overfill. Then assemble the rubber bungs together for the next day… Take about an hour roughly. I got into mixing liquids so that takes some time out of my day too. But no more than old school carts would have taken. These are far more reusable than the old school carts, and as a matter of fact I have about 50 old carts sitting that I will prob never use. These work good with even 100% VG mix.
The key is to know how to use and reuse these… For the next day Ill just disassemble the rubber bungs, run hot tap water through and dry wick burn, then refill and reassemble. & 7 days max. Throw away and start over. Could lost longer, but im afraid of the day it could malfunction on me durnig a momment

I've been throwing my 2 cents in everywhere on this topic, lol. I'm loving these things...I have both the kr808 and 510 XL. I've always used both in any incantation because some juices taste better on one over the other and vice versa. I mostly use tobacco flavors (at 36mg)...this is the closest thing I've found to the real thing! The only thing I have to be careful about it to switch back and forth between devices...I'm a heavy vaper and they do tend to run hot if I'm vaping constantly.

I'm pretty happy with them. I've been using them from the first revision on and they are only getting better. The first ones took a bit of modding and work to get them to really perform but I'm still using a couple of them as they seem to last forever. The ceramics are the simplest to use, just rinse them out and dry burn to get rid of any odd taste, fill and use. I vape mostly clear juices so these don't gunk up very fast for me, I just rinse them out every couple of days before refilling and drive on.

The vanilla that I use tastes a little better on my 801 with an atty and cart, but the fruit flavors are better on the CE2s.
