CE2 clearomizer R5 coils Noob questions.

I vape a fairly sweet and dark juice through my clearomizer and I've been noticing that after a fill or two it taste burnt. It also doesn't seem to wick as well. Is this normal? Did I burn out my carto this quickly?

I was wondering if there is anything I can do to avoid this or fix it.

I haven't had very good luck with the taste in CE2's but they've been that way from the git go, not something that developed after use. Have you tried just cleaning them out? I'd be pretty disappointed if they burned out after a couple fillings. Those puppies aren't exactly cheap.

I take my syringe, fill it with distilled water...shoot it over the coils a few times, do a couple of burns, rinse again, then prime it with a drop or two of juice.

Also if it's not wicking fast enough, pull up the lower most seal a tiny bit right over the wicks...give them some breathing room.

Why'd you do that (throwing them away)? So often they're out of stock and someone would gladly buy them from you.
It's one of the longest lasting atties in the industry.

I have a mix of 8 clears and metals on rotation now...going well over a month. Many a ml through them all. They taste and vape just fine.
