Ce2 r4 ?

I don't think they're supposed to have filler in them. I could be wrong, but I could swear that's what I read this morning when I was "window shopping" for them.
The R4's from Royal Smokers are supposed to have the filler separate in the box. Supposed to.
In truth, whether you got them from a domestic supplier or RS/MicroCig, it's possible that there's filler around the stem inside the carto, or somehow none was included at all. Have you looked inside?
Many of the domestic suppliers are actually selling what bad calls 3.75 bastomizers - the black sleeve doesn't come all the way up the cup, there's a silicon glop at the base of the stem, and there's filler around the stem in these.
So anyway, I suppose the best test of whether or not they are R4 is whether the black sleeve comes all the way up the cup - you'll feel it if you poke around I'm told.

Got mine from COV. Just cut one open and they are what I think R4 should be no glue, rubber sleeve all the way up to the slots for the wick in ceramic cup.

Oooo, these work with an adapter? R2 and R3 don't work with my Kr8 -> 510 adapter. Could be my adapter, but regular 510 atties and cartos work with it fine...
What resistence are the ones you have? I've heard the 2.5ohm ones are having wicking problems...
I'm using 2 of them 1 is 2.8 ohms and the other is 2.7. No wicking issues on these, however the RY4 doesn't taste quit right.
I've used both with Kr8 to 510 adapter as well, I had to adjust the center by turning with screwdriver. Even the R2 and 3's I had would work with adpaters after adjusting.
