Someone, AlexanderJ posted a video on how to fix this. Clearomizers don't wick like they should because the inner silicon ring smashes the wick, which you guessed it, destroys the ability of a material to wick properly. Easy fix. Take the outer plug out then remove the inner plug that goes over the coil cup and throw the inner plug away. Flip the outer ring upside down and push it all the way in flush. Fixed my problems instantly.

My opinion !!! Mine all did that after about 4 days or so. I will never use those again. ( J U N K ) That's why your warranty is DOA only!!

I would have to respectfully disagree. If ALL of yours did that then maybe you did not buy the Vision V2s. They are not junk! I bought 10 Vision V2s almost 4 months ago when I first started vaping. I am still using the first two I opened up. They give me great vapes. I rinse them every 3 -4 tankfuls with hot water and burn off the crud build up. Do they have their pros and cons? Yes. They do have wicking issues sometimes but you can get around that if you twirl them around a little before you vape. I do have a vivi nova mini also. A better build (and rebuild-able) but, in my experience, does not take that much less tinkering or maintenance to keep it vaping smooth. It sounds like Titanium is having wicking issues. I would like to hear more about Codys fix. JMHO

If I remove it the juice will leak
Yes it will leak if you remove the silicon piece. Its that piece that the drip tip seals against. The vid I saw has you cutting a V notch on each side where it goes over the wick. But you cant cut the top. The Visions I bought do not go down over the wick like what I saw in your pic.
