had a great ce4, have gleaned it in grain alcohol, the coil still works and whole thing glows red on dry burn... but is a stock ce4+ silica wick, there is no grey or gunk on the coil.. I am using a strong clove flavor... but it does not taste like it once did, the juice still smells good.. but there is a difference on how it tastes. is this the wick or coil going bad?
it tastes like toasted marshmellows at times, which I thought were dry hits.. but this is weird. the flavor is muted to a slight clove, the floral is there in the smoke, smells like clove, but the taste is different...
same goes for my dct tank both tanks have lowered their resistance a minute but from 1.8 to 1.7 and 2.1 to 2.0 is this the wire slowly dying?
I run the 1.7 at 3.5V and the 2.0 at 4.2V
was this my doing of burning them out? I have cleaned them out quite well and allowd them to dry, but they still taste muted...
is it time to replace cart and coils?
