I got one in my new kit, and I am experiencing some leaking, hit it not come with a silicon cone/cap.... i would have e-liquid all over my case...

I noticed this after say 3 1/2 days of use.... first refill too...

i am thinking it is leaking from the white silicone cap inside holding the cone cap? not coming up far enough to meet the screw on drip tip.

The product clearly states "These are the best deisign eGo CE4 clearomizers you can buy, easy to fill, great flavor and vapor, and no leaking."

I noticed the leaking as it neared the 0.2mL mark... at first I thought it was vaccum.. but now not so much...
anyone experience this?

nope not the rings, leaking from the drip tip, i believe it is the internal silicone cap with the round cone tip.

it is supposed to sit flush with the screw on drip tip, I think it was skewed and not aligned properly, which is weird that it could move on it's own...

I think it is a design flaw, perhaps the silicone piece i got was a bit thinner on top and does not fit snugly in place and slips down...

it's weird I think I am liking the dual coil tank design which I have had no problems with, but is a bit muted in flavor versus the ce4+...

very tough call, I will clean it, and refill and see how it fairs this next go around.

Check to make sure the plastic tank is properly seated in the metal base. I sometimes have to push on the top, either drip tip or with the drip tip out, and make sure it snaps in. This is a common occurrence on my girlfriend's, for some reason. I think hers takes more abuse. Even if its unseated the smallest amount, it causes the drip tip / silicone to become misaligned, and results in leakage.

They also seem sensitive to air temp changes. Since it's winter, if I go outside, get it really cold, then bring it into the heat, the liquid expansion causes some pooling on the battery. I can go a few days without issue, then get one that leaks / gurgles a bit. They seem to come and go.

All in all, it's worth it to me. They work pretty well overall.

One problem I started having with my CE5, is the tip grips too tightly to the silicone "nipple", and when I go to remove the tip, it also starts un-screwing the atomizer head from the post, and fluid was leaking into the tube. Had to drain the clearo, take it apart and re-tighten the atomizer head. Not sure how to avoid this yet as I was thinking I could not tighten the tip too much, but then I risk it not sitting flush with the nipple.

mine i feel was pulling too much into the wicks hole and dripping down the air shaft. as I was getting juice out the bottom.... I think perhaps I was either pulling too hard and pulling excess juice in? so I unscrewed the unit a bit to increase air flow, and it seems to be working well.

I installed the 5q0/ego adapter which is basically a 510 to 50 adapter to raise the clearo up and it seems to work well.

my device i found out dies at 3.3 volts not 3.0 volts... im going to check with the seller about that...
